John Sertich has been with Ocean Atlantic Agency since 2000. He has developed and sold eight Ocean Atlantic Communities and has worked as a salesperson for seven builders. He has sold over 200 new construction dwellings in coastal Delaware. He was awarded Top Gross Sales in both 2005 and 2006 by Ocean Atlantic Agency.

 

Respected within the development community, Sertich consults with Developers to make the communities he will sell a better fit for his clients. He is currently working as Assistant Project Manager at Heritage Creek in Milton, Delaware.

 

Sertich has been an active member of the Sussex County community. He has donated his time to numerous causes, including a two-year position as a board member of the Rehoboth Beach Film Society.

 

Sertich was born in Berkeley, California and lived in the San Francisco area until he attended the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He graduated with a BA in History and a Specialization in Business Administration. He lived in San Francisco for three years, working for Wind River Systems of Alameda, California in software sales.

 

Sertich is married to his wonderful wife Kim. She manages the White House Black Market on Rehoboth Avenue and has additional roles for the company that have her traveling to other locations to help train staff and open new stores. He has two younger brothers who live in Chicago and San Francisco. He has a four pound Maltese named Sydney.

 

His passions include cooking and traveling and he is a big fan of UCLA basketball.
